The Body Bell Method®:

The BodyBell Method®, developed by RKC Master, Bodyweight Specialist ACE Certified Trainer, College Professor and 9th Degree Black Belt Phil Ross, is based on his more than 40 years of experience as a competitor, trainer, coach and instructor. He has authored two books; Survival Strong and Ferocious Fitness and has produced a vast number of fitness and self-defense videos based on his proven methods. This complete system addresses strength, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, agility, explosive power generation and restorative movements. Our goal is to enable our members to achieve the highest level of fitness with the least amount of equipment, all the while achieving and maintaining the optimum level of health. The methods included in our system are: Kettlebells, Calisthenics, Suspension Training, Plyometrics, various stretching and mobility exercises, Barbells and cardiovascular conditioning.

Certifications: The BodyBell Method® System offers Three levels of Elite Instructor Certifications based on the Super Seven Kettlebell, Elite Eight Bodyweight and Old School Dynamic Tension Movements, Levels 1, 2 & 3. Leadership positions are also available.

Seminars: Movement specific workshops on the Super Seven plus One Kettlebell Movements through the Secrets of Kettlebell Training.
