Learn the secrets to kettlebell mastery with the Super Seven Kettlebell Movements, taught by Master Instructor Professor Phil Ross, M.S. You’ll train in the Hardstyle Russian methodology, emphasizing core strength, stability, mobility, and full-range motion training.
This seminar covers:
• Kettlebell Swing (including 6 variations)
• Kettlebell Squat (including goblet, rack, and dual-kettlebell squats)
• Turkish Get-up (step-by-step breakdown + variations)
You’ll also gain cueing strategies, coaching tips, and programming techniques that address all 5 components of fitness—especially Muscular Strength, Explosive Power, and Endurance.

Welcome to the Q1 2025 virtual BodyBell Method certification! Additional certification sessions will be available quarterly throughout 2025. The BodyBell Method® is approved by ACE, NASM, AFAA and the NJ Board of Physical Therapists, making it an essential certification for fitness professionals looking to expand their expertise and gain continuing education credits.
These 2-hour portions of the 8 hour certification session take place over two consecutive weekends.
